These terms set out the rules for using the Havoc Wreakers game. By playing, you accept them together with the privacy policy.
1. Who provides the game
Havoc Wreakers is made and provided by Axperts Dariusz Zalewski, ul. Pelikana 1/3, 71-698 Szczecin, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 851 319 2109, REGON 363785540. Contact: [email protected].
2. Game version and changes
- We keep developing the game. There may be bugs, server downtime and rule changes between versions of the game.
- Progress made before the official launch on the App Store and Google Play, including heroes, skins and currencies, may be reset on launch day.
- Until launch, in-game purchases are trial purchases: they cost nothing and give no rights to any items after launch.
3. Account
- Your account is created automatically on first launch. You can link it to Apple or email sign-in to move your progress to another phone.
- Your in-game name must not be offensive or impersonate others. We may change such a name.
- You can delete your account at any time, as described on the account deletion page.
4. Fair play
You must not modify the game or its network traffic, use programs that play for you, deliberately exploit bugs, harass other players or attack the server. We may ban an account for a limited time or permanently for breaking these rules. If you think a ban is a mistake, write to us.
5. In-game currencies and items
- Coins, upgrade points, Marbles, skins and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another account. You get a license to use them in the game.
- The only random reward is the Prize Bomb, earned only by playing. The game shows the odds. We do not sell random rewards.
- When we switch on payments, Apple or Google will handle them under their own terms, including refunds. We will update these terms before that.
6. Rights to the game
The game, heroes, names, art, music and code belong to Axperts or its licensors. You may record and show your matches (for example in videos and streams), but you may not copy or sell parts of the game.
7. Liability
Before launch the game is provided as is. We are liable to the extent the law requires. These terms do not limit your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms, for example before launch or before payments go live. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date. Polish law applies, and as a consumer you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
